My entire body hurts. Life is good, baby. That pain is progress. I wanted to send a shout out to the weightlifting guru himself, Josh Hawley. Although socially awkward, unable to dress himself without dressing like an old man, and completely unable to negotiate, the man is a badass in the gym.

Josh is going to be with me every step of the way training for this thing.
