Getting used to life on campus again. Here is my lifting routine that I've been doing, since I can use no legs:
Bicep curls w/ bar
same w/ dumbells at different angle
Scaption
Bench
Incline bench
Cable chest pulls
Downward rows
Sitting down shrugs
Military Press
Tricep push downs
Dips
Ab machine (cant put my feet in the incline bench, sucks)
Leg lifts
That's my abbreviated workout I've been doing. Don't judge me. Any suggestions or recommendations, please let me know. In a month I'll be doing a workout program from a certain D-1 Football program that I was able to get my hands on, so it'll get a lot more serious then. Right now, I'm just trying to get back on the horse basically.
