Here is the chest/tricep workout that I'm doing as of today with weights and sets X reps. Call me a girly man if I don't up the weights on this stuff as I go.
I'll be posting a weekly update with exercises done, weight, sets, and reps. 3x10 = 3 sets x 10 reps per set, for example. Back/Bicep workout to come tomorrow.
Flat bench 135 lbs 2 sets 155 2 sets
Incline bench 3 sets @ 115 lbs and 125 lbs 3x10
Incline dumbell 50 lb dumbells 3x10
Cable fly 65 lbs 3x10
Military Press 40 lbs - 4x10
Skull crushers- 50 lbs 3x10
Dips - 4x8
Tricep Push Downs- 110 lbs 3x10
Abs
Incline sit ups w/ medicine ball throw 6x15
Incline leg lifts 6x20
Crunches
